TRAINING OFFER OF THE FP.CAT PROGRAMME

What is the FP.CAT programme?

The FP.Cat programme has a network of centres that provide integral professional training courses adapted to the needs of both workers and companies, with the aim of facilitating Esther access to a qualified job or an improvement in the employability of those taking part.

All together, it offers the possibility of capitalising the training with the certification of courses.

These certificates accredit the professional skills acquired and give the right to the attainment of either Skills Certificate or to qualifications that are recognised by the Departament de Treball and the Departament d'Educació.

Objectives of the FP.CAT centres

  • Provide an integral training package.
  • Be linked to the sectorial and regional setting.
  • Implement a system of information, orientation and assessment.
  • Undertake evaluation and accreditation of skills acquired by experience or through non-formal training methods.
  • Boost innovation projects.
  • Develop training actions of the trainers.
  • Incorporate companies into the integral training system.

Beneficiaries of the programme

Unemployed or employed workers.
