"Forma i Contracta" (Train and Hire) 2010

Official notification for 2010

The Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya is offering, through the Forma i Contracta programme (Train and Hire), a line of funding for companies that need to hire workers in an immediate way. The funding is destined to the training of persons, preferentially, in situation of unemployment, with the commitment on the part of the company to hire at least 60% of these persons. The contract will have to be from six months of duration. The recruitment of the participants will have to be carried out in a deadline not superior to 4 months from the date of completion of the formative activity and the high corresponding one in the Social Security.

Beneficiary entities

The companies, their associations or other entities who subscribe the commitment to recruitment will be able to benefit this program. And the persons or foreseen entities in the article 11.2 and 3 of the Law 38/2003, of 17 November, general of subsidies, will also be able to have the condition of beneficiaries for these subsidies.

The formative actions will be able to start in an immediate way to the notification of the resolution of awarding and at most until the 31st December 2010.

Addressee Collectives

The priority collective is the unemployed persons prosecutors of employment and registered in the Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya before the beginning of the formative action, without harm of the participation of active working persons.

From the SOC the participation of pupils who present biggest hampered in the incorporation will be fostered in the job market and the equality of opportunities will also be fostered.

For this call the participation of the beneficiary persons of the program of Protection for Unemployment and Insertion (PRODI) is preferential.

Deadline formative action

The subsidized formative action will be able to finish at most on the 30th June 2011.

Funding

3.500.000 euros

This line of subsidy receives cofunding the Sectorial Lecture .
