Extraordinary plans of local employment - "Projecte Impuls"

2010 call

WARNING: Extension of the terms of execution of recruitments of the extraordinary plans of local occupation (Projecte Impuls - Treball)

You will find the resolution through which the Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya, on date of the 14th of July, extends the maximum term to initiate the recruitments of working people for this call.

Within the framework of the "30 commitments for the employment, the economical context and the social development of Catalonia" the extraordinary plans of local employment linked to the emergent sectors of the new economy (information technologies and the energetic communication, renewable energies, efficiency and saving) and also to the activities of the sector of the construction are collected, one of the ones more punished by the increase of the unemployment, that they imply an improvement of the qualification.

In the area of the "Projecte Impuls", Impulse Project, the local extraordinary plans of employment become an immediate answer to the situation of economic crisis and of destruction of employment, and beneficiaries contribute at the same time inn the foundations of growth of added value so much for the unemployed persons as for the territories where the projects of investment materialize. Thus, the extraordinary plans of local employment prioritize on the one hand the unemployed persons who do not receive unemployment benefit or who are about to exhaust them, and, they combine, for the first time, the professional experience with the training so that they improve their qualification and professional competence.

The purpose of the extraordinary plans of local employment is to foster the employability of the working persons in situation of unemployment and to improve their capacity of adaptation to the change, their qualification and professional competences in capable sectors and activities of generating new jobs, through the acquisition of the work experience and the professional or transversal training.

Beneficiary entities

Beneficiaries for the subsidies that this Order foresees can be the local entities of Catalonia and their dependent or linked entities, with competences on the subject of employment and/or local development, in accordance with the that the legislative Decree 2/2003, of 28 April, which approves the revised Text of the municipal Law and of local regime of Catalonia.

Sectors and activities

The extraordinary plans of local employment have to address themselves exclusively to the sectors of the renewable energies, efficiency and energetic saving; the TIC and the rehabilitation of houses, buildings or equipments of titularity or of public use.

Addressee Collectives

The recruitments have to address the unemployed working persons registered at least 6 months as prosecutors of employment in the public service of employment, that they do not collect the provision and/or subsidy of unemployment or it is them lacking a month to finish it, in the moment of the presentation of the offer of employment, and have not taken part in projects of the program of plans of employment started at years 2008 and 2009 .

It is not considered the help of the temporary Program of protection for unemployment and insertion (PRODI), the minimum rent of insertion and those other helps that determine it their regulatory bases expressly.

Moreover, the persons who fulfill the requirements of the former section and who moreover are found following in one of the situations have preferential character for the projects of extraordinary plans of local employment:

• Workers who have taken part in formative actions related with the sectors prioritized to the call.
• Youngsters of until 30 years.
• Workers with disability and other collectives in situation of risk of social exclusion.

Deadline

The deadline of requests presentation for this call has already closed up.

The maximum deadline for the recruitment of the workers it is on 15 July 2010.

The projects have to finish on the 15 January 2011.

Funding

100.000.000 euros.
Cofunding by the European Social Fund, for the extraordinary plans of local employment in collaboration with the local entities.
