Innovative Projects

2010 Official notification

The Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya, through this official announcement, is promoting innovative projects that are integral, sustainable in time and capable of being transferred.

The aim of innovative projects is to improve the quality of employment and social cohesion in Catalonia, affecting the stability of employment, the level of people's qualifications, health and safety at work, equal opportunities, integration into the labour market of groups with special difficulties, regional balance, competitiveness of companies and support of economic activity, particularly boosting emerging sectors and encouraging entrepreneurism.

The innovative projects must be framed within the following strategic lines:

  1. Structural changes in sectors and companies. Improvement of employability, professional qualification and competitiveness.
  2. Boosting and developing emerging sectors of high added value.
  3. Structural changes towards equal opportunities in the occupational sphere.
  4. Encouraging innovative and quality entrepreneurism.

The types of projects will be:

  • Experimental or pilot projects in some of the lines that deal with the creation and development of new techniques and methodologies.
  • Consolidated projects in specific sectors or regions with potential multiplying effect and capable of being transferred.

Public or private companies that undertake work for the improvement of employment in Catalonia.

Deadline for presenting applications

The deadline of requests for call 2010 has already finished.

Period for realisation of the projects

The projects are pluriannual. They must start, at the latest, within a period of one month after the notification of the Resolution and, in any case, before the 31 December 2010.

The period of completion will be the 31 December 2011.

The total budget for this official notification of subsidies co-financed by the European Social Fund is 11,500,000.00 euros (2010-2011).

Regulation

  • Order TRE/293/2010, of the 6 May which establishes the bases that have to manage the concession of subsidies for innovative projects cofunded for the European Social Fund and the call is opened for year 2010.
  • Order TRE/340/2010, of the 16 June, of modification of the Order TRE/293/2010, of 6 May, which establishes the bases that have to manage the concession of subsidies for innovative projects cofunded for the European Social Fund, and it is broadened the deadline of requests presentation.
