The current legal regulation offers the following types of contracts:

  • Indefinite contracts (ordinary, promotion of hiring, with bonus).
  • Specific duration contracts (special circumstances in production, work or services, temporary job).
  • Support measures for the employment or the work placement.
  • Contracts for disabled workers (indefinite and temporary contracts).
  • Learning practices or training courses contracts.
  • Research contracts.
  • Temporary contracts with bonus.
  • Replacement contracts for early retirement.
  • Relieve contracts.
