Labour intermediation and training services

The SOC puts at the disposal of the companies with workplaces in Catalonia the services of work intermediation, work training and first welcome in origin (SILO) to facilitate the recruitment of foreign working persons.Thus, it contributes to the regulation of the migratory flows and to an inclusion ordered of the immigration.
