Certificates for workshop schools, trade learning centres and employment workshops

With the aim of accrediting the acquisition of skills and knowledge by students at the end of a training course, the Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) is making the following certificates available to its collaborating entities, whether workshop schools, trade learning centres or employment workshops.

Models of certificates

The certificates you see below are models and, therefore, have no administrative validity. Use them only as a sample to produce the certificates that your entity issues.

Characteristics of the paper for certificates

The workshop school, trade learning centre and employment workshop certificates must be mandatorily printed on paper with the following characteristics:

How to make a certificate. Download the templates

To create a certificate of workshop schools, trade learning centres and/or employment workshops, you must take the following steps:

1. Ask the SOC unit or service responsible for running the programme being undertaken for the number of certificate paper sheets you require.
   In anticipation of what the printing of the paper has to be ordered, it is advisable that you ask for the paper 15 days before, at least.
   When you make the application, you must indicate the typology of your center -workshop school, trade learning centre or employment workshop-. You will receive a model or another of paper, depending on this information.
2. The writing of the textual contents of the certificates is carried out through selfeditable templates in PDF format. You have to choose the one that corresponds to the typology of your center, download it and fill in the grey color empty squares with the requested information.

3. Once filled the contents of the certificate, it should be printed with the paper of certificate. Place the paper of certificates that we have facilitated you from the SOC in your printer. It is advisable that, before starting to print the certificates, test with folios or card -for example- how to place the background templates in the feed tray of the printer. This way you will be ensured that the certificates will be printed correctly.
