Job creation

The concept of new job sources refers to the development of activity in the spheres of daily life, of improvement in the quality of life, leisure and culture and of environmental services, aimed at satisfying new social needs, which are formed of incomplete markets and which may be job-intensive within the framework of the global development of the region.

Regulation

• Decree 286/2004  (PDF, 81 kB)) of the 11 May, which establishes the regulatory rules for subsidies aimed at projects that contain measures addressed to job creation within the framework of the new job sources (DOGC - State Gazetteer - 13.05.04) amended by Decree 81/2005 (PDF, 44 kb) of the 3 May (DOGC 09/05/05).
• Resolution TRE/1368/2007 (PDF, 142 kB) of the 5 April, on the official notification for 2007 for the awarding of subsidies aimed at projects that contain actions addressed to job creation within the framework of the new job sources, as outlined by Decree 286/2004 of the 11 May, amended by Decree 81/2005 of the 3 May.
