"Treball a les 7 comarques" Work in the 7 counties

Official Notification 2010

The Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, in accordance with that established in the Government Plan 2007-2010, which states the desire to strengthen the region's structure, compensate inequalities, and boost the development of the areas with less economic dynamism or those within Catalonia that are particularly depopulated, passed, in the Agreement of the 22nd of January 2008, the Plan of Initiatives for County Rejuvenation (IDC) for the four counties in Catalonia with most need for economic reactivation: Anoia, Pallars Jussà, Ripollès and la Terra Alta.

The Government, through the Agreement of 19 of January 2010, and considering the socioeconomic situation, wide the geographical area of performance of the Plan including three new regions: the Baix Ebre, the Montsià and the Ribera d'Ebre.

The Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya through the "Treball a les 7 comarques" - Work in the 4 counties Project, promotes the undertaking of employment and local development projects complementary to the Plan of Initiatives for County Rejuvenation, in the counties of Pallars Jussà, Ripollès, Anoia,  la Terra Alta, the Baix Ebre, the Montsià and the Ribera d'Ebre.

In year 2008, 4 local entities, in representation of other 27 entities, corresponding to the regions selected by the Government obtained funding to execute actions from scope and local impact. Within the framework of call 2008 subsidies were conceded for an amount of 993.286,98 euros for the starting of 38 actions addressed to a total of 1.307 direct addressees.

In year 2009 the same 4 local authorities of the call previous, but that they said|counted in this case with the support of 52 local authorities and 43 private entities obtained financing on the part of the Servei d'Ocupació of Catalunya. The 997.035,04 granted euros have allowed the starting of 42 actions directed|addressed to a total of 1.401 direct recipients.

For 2010 a continuity is foreseen so much of the directions that guide the ensemble of the Project as of the programs and type of action that the Servei d'Ocupació of Catalunya puts in the service of the beneficiaries local authorities, but she extends her ir area of intervention in the three new regions selected by the Government.

Beneficiaries

The local entities of the 4 counties included in the Plan of Initiatives for County Rejuvenation, its autonomous organisations and the entities dependent on or linked to these with responsibilities in questions of local development and employment promotion, in accordance with that established by Law 2/2003, of the 28th of April, which passes the amended Text of the Municipal and Local Law of Catalonia.

Funding

2.000.000 euros. Co-funded by the FSE.

Regulation

• Resolution TRE/2567/2010, of 24 of July, for the one that is opened the call for 2010 for the concession of subsidies, for the accomplishment of projects occupational and of local development complementary to the Plan of Initiatives of Regional Dynamization within the framework of the Project "Treball a les 7 comarques" (Work in the 7 counties).
• Government Agreement of the 22 of January 2008, passing the Plan of Initiatives for County Rejuvenation (IDC) for the four counties in Catalonia with most need for economic reactivation: Anoia, Pallars Jussà, Ripollès and la Terra Alta.
• Agreement of Government of the 19th of January 2010, through which the geographical area of performance of the Plan is extended including three new regions: the Baix Ebre, the Montsià and the Ribera d'Ebre.
