Support for undertaking projects and actions for employment with local entities

Official notification 2008-2009

The Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya, through this official notification, promotes support for undertaking projects and actions for employment with local entities.

Due to the current economical situation, it is necessary to flexibilize some criteria and procedures to favor the work insertions of the unemployed. It is for this motive that, in an exceptional way, in the case of the projects for the occupation, the beneficiary local entities will be able to present a proposal of modification of the actions approved of for exercise 2009.

The local entities will have to address these proposals preferably to the programs of work experience, more precisely, to the plans of occupation destined to the unemployed persons who have finished the unemployment benefit.

Regulation

• Order TRE/165/2008, of 15 April, which approves the regulations for supports for undertaking projects and actions for employment with local entities and opens the official announcement of the tender for the period 2008-2009.
• Order TRE/219/2009, of the 23 April, which modifies the article 17.9 of the Order TRE/165/2008, of the 15 April, which aproves de regulatory bases of the help for the realization of projects and actions for the employment with the local entities and opens the call for period 2008-2009.
